If you’ve worked with us for long, you know the value our people can deliver to your projects. “Together, We See Further,” isn’t just a marketing tagline. It’s how we do business and structure our company for your success.
That’s why we’re making significant investments in the experts you and your customers rely on for product, technical and logistics support. In 2019, Vitro will add more than 25 new people in critical customer-facing positions, such as account manager, architectural representative and technical services/quality control. In addition, we will add 15 totally new territories, increasing the “share of voice” that leads to sales opportunities for you.
These new additions will help us better serve smaller territories and geographically optimize our position in the market. These measures are all part of our commitment to customer collaboration. To position our new personnel for your business’s success, we also invested in a week-long intensive training program, led by Vitro technical representatives.
Accordingly, this issue of the Newsletter is focused on our people. You’ll read about Joanne Funyak, a Vitro sales support and product manager who has been an industry linchpin since 2003.
