Dear Vitro Certified® Network Member,
We hope this message finds you well. To those who joined us for our annual meeting in Charleston, South Carolina, and the welcome reception at the historic Riviera Theater, we are thrilled you could be part of the experience. It was a pleasure to debut our major motion picture, "Glassablanca," which highlighted our exciting new and upcoming products and tools. We hope you found it as enjoyable to watch as we did to make.
One of the highlights of "Glassablanca" was our nod to Alfred Hitchcock’s The Birds, which we used to introduce the recent launch of BirdSmart™ Bird Safe Glass. Designed with first-surface laser etchings in four different dot patterns and a Solarban® low-e coating on the second surface, BirdSmart™ glass provides bird-friendly markings and solar performance without impacting VLT or SHGC. Available on clear, Starphire® or Acuity® glasses, BirdSmart™ Bird Safe Glass offers unparalleled flexibility: there are no size restrictions, you can place an order as small as one pack and request it without a low-e coating. Flock on over to the Technical Forum section of this issue for more details.
By all accounts, our annual VCN meeting was a success, and we’re already looking forward to doing it all over again in 2026! Now, let’s recap other significant Vitro developments this past quarter.

Stay tuned—more exciting updates are on the way!
You’ll find in this edition a project spotlight showcasing our partnership with the National Aviary. We’ve donated our glass for several of their renovation projects to the delight of birds and visitors alike. Truly, we soar together. We also hope you enjoy our Get-to-Know feature that highlights New England Territory Manager and International Sales Manager, Dan Plotnick.
Thanks for your continued support.
Sincerely,
